Where we ship

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within [1–2] working days. Orders placed after [2 pm] or at weekends are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times and cost

Delivery estimates are working days from dispatch, not from when you order, and they aren't guaranteed. Delays caused by the courier, weather, or customs are outside our control.

Tracking

You'll get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us. If it hasn't arrived within [10] working days of dispatch, email dailyhabituk@hotmail.com and we'll chase it.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We can't redirect an order once it's dispatched, and we can't refund orders lost because of an incorrect address.

Storage

Our products should be stored in a cool, dry place. In hot weather, we recommend bringing your delivery indoors promptly.
