2. These terms

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering. We may update them; the version on the site when you order is the one that applies.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If we can't fulfil your order — stock, pricing error, or delivery address — we'll tell you and refund you in full.

4. Price and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we'll contact you before dispatching, and you may cancel.

5. Products

Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of the reach of children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, consult your GP before use.

6. Allergens

Ingredient and allergen information is shown on each product page and on the packaging. Always read the label before use. Our products are not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

7. Your right to cancel

Consumers have a statutory right to cancel — see our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
